You will be responsible for turning strategy into execution across programs that span process, policy, data, and technology.

You will manage a portfolio of initiatives that improve how we scope, schedule, dispatch, and execute professional installations and customer implementations, while enhancing installer and customer experience, improving profitability, and enabling scale.

This role is highly visible and requires frequent interaction with senior leaders across Operations, Product, Sales, Order Management, Customer Support, Finance, and IT.
