What you would be doing:

The Supervisor of Homemaking provides leadership and operational oversight to the homemaking team while also delivering homemaking services to clients for a portion of their role. This position is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality homemaking services in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and operational standards. Additionally, this role supports service excellence through effective staff coordination, client satisfaction, and compliance with all organizational and regulatory requirements. Acting as a key liaison between clients, families, homemaking staff, and leadership. This role supports effective service delivery and promotes independent living within the community.
