Our construction services include daily observation / inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight for materials testing.

As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of diverse construction projects that include roadways, utility infrastructure, and water/sewer distribution systems.

Your responsibilities will extend to interpreting project specifications and plans across various disciplines, inspecting and coordinating inspection of construction work, coordinating schedules, verifying projects are completed per the project documents, and overseeing projects of various complexity.

The use of a company truck for transportation to and from job sites.

Company issued laptop.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to contribute and work well on a team.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or other applicable field.

A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction observation or construction inspection.

The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
