Requirements
5+ years of experience in finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial statement analysis.
Demonstrated experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Advanced financial modeling skills using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Experience preparing executive-level financial reporting and business performance analyses.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with business leaders to support strategic decision making.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
$115K-$150K, depending on experience and location

Responsibilities
We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to own and continuously improve our financial planning, accounting operations, and strategic finance capabilities.
This individual will serve as the operational lead for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, and business planning while partnering closely with leadership, department heads, external accounting partners, and other cross-functional teams.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the organization maintains accurate financial reporting while providing the insights, forecasting, and strategic guidance needed to support rapid company growth.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys building scalable financial processes, translating complex financial data into actionable business insights, and helping leadership make informed decisions.
Own the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Develop and maintain financial models supporting strategic planning, hiring, investments, and operational decision-making.
