SENIOR HR GENERALIST
Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist responsibilities, including performance management, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and HR systems.
Strong experience with SAP HR modules or similar HRIS systems.
Familiarity with modern recruitment platforms and tools.
Responsibilities
Work closely with managers to ensure timely and effective performance reviews, feedback, and development planning.
Administer the disciplinary action process, ensuring all actions are documented and comply with company policies and legal standards.
Manage the administration of employee leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, etc.), ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of positions across the organization, from sourcing to hiring.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Manage employee data changes in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely updates related to hires, job changes, promotions, and exits.
