Press & Paint Sr. Tech

Over 5 years Paint/Print Operation experience preferred (Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred)

Experience in mentoring and/or coaching Paint/Print Operators

Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration

Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements

Strong knowledge of manufacturing including machine capabilities and efficiencies, etc.

Responsible for training Paint/Paint Operators on equipment and processes

Assists Paint & Press Operators in diagnosing mechanical problems and determining how to correct

Assists management with reviewing Paint/Press Operator performance

Assists in the development and update of Paint/Paint training manuals

Responsible for visual inspection of production for defects based on Standard

Monitor product for any quality issues
