Responsibilities
The Medical Assistant (MA) is an essential clinical team member, directly supporting Providers and Nurses while serving as a vital patient liaison. This role manages care coordination, pharmacy logistics, and administrative workflows within our telemedicine-based addiction medicine program, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
