This consultant will serve as a strategic recruiting partner responsible for identifying, attracting, and delivering top-tier talent across investment, legal, compliance, finance, operations, and corporate functions.
The ideal consultant brings experience recruiting within financial services, private equity, asset management, alternative investments, investment banking, legal, compliance, or related professional services environments.
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
Conduct intake meetings to understand role requirements, organizational structure, compensation benchmarks, and market dynamics.
Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, market mapping, and direct outreach.
