Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, sustainability, or a related field.
7+ years of experience delivering commercial or fleet EV charging infrastructure projects, preferably across retail, workplace, or facilities environments.
Hands-on experience managing EV charging installations end-to-end, including site design, utility coordination, construction, commissioning, and operational handoff.
Proven ability to draft and lead large-scale RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs through partner selection, contracting, and onboarding.
Strong commercial acumen with experience evaluating vendor proposals, pricing models, and service offerings.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $130,000.00 - $160,000.00

Responsibilities
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
Own the end-to-end execution of Scout’s retail and facilities charging programs, supporting the deployment of turnkey EV charging solutions across Scout retail centers, service locations, corporate offices, and manufacturing facilities nationwide.
Lead large-scale RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs to select turnkey charging solution partners capable of providing charging hardware, network software, installation, commissioning, and ongoing operations and maintenance for Scout locations.
Manage the commercial and operational evaluation of charging partners, including pricing structures, scope of services, SLAs, uptime guarantees, maintenance models, warranty coverage, and national rollout capabilities.
Work closely with Retail Architecture, Retail Operations, Facilities, and Construction teams to ensure charging solutions align with site layouts, electrical constraints, utility requirements, customer experience standards, and long-term operational needs.
Partner cross-functionally with Purchasing, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to support contract development, negotiations, onboarding, and readiness for deployment.
