SEM Specialist (In-House Agency)

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on SEM Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to own and scale paid search performance across a large, multi-client portfolio. You will manage multiple client accounts in an agency-style environment, with a strong focus on generating high-quality leads. This role is for you if you thrive on execution, enjoy solving performance problems, and take pride in running effective SEM programs at scale.

3–5 years in a client-facing SEM / Google Ads role.

Deep expertise in Google Ads lead generation (phone calls & form fills).

Experience building Looker Studio reports for clients

Strategy & Performance:

Create and present effective SEM strategies that drive results for clients

Campaign Execution:

Own daily account management, optimization, and troubleshooting, including setting up campaigns, GTM, conversion tagging, and negative keywords.

Lead Quality Control:

Implement and maintain conversion tracking (calls, forms, offline conversions). Rigorously control lead quality through match types, negatives, audience layering, landing page alignment, and bid strategy selection.
