Are you a Lead with an extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing multi-channel (print, web/html, email, archive, SMS, Fax, etc.) communications using GhostDraft and related technologies?

We are looking for a Tech Lead who has extensive experience in GhostDraft to join our customer communication management (CCM) team.

The role requires you to be well verged with end-to-end document life cycle and able to design, develop, implement and maintain end-to-end customer communication management applications.

The role involves communicating directly with the customers to understand their requirements and finalize the input file structure.

You will leverage latest software technologies and use GhostDraft Hub, Studio, Data workbench and configuration manager.
