Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with a proven track record managing large-scale district, state, or enterprise-wide implementations or adoptions.
Data Fluency:
Deep understanding of data enrollment systems, reporting groups, and Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs).

In this customer-facing individual contributor role, you will own the full lifecycle of complex state implementations—from launch through renewal—serving as the primary strategic advisor and escalation point for state leaders.
You will navigate political dynamics, complex data environments, and operational intricacies to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and long-term contract value across full statewide and opt-in models.
