Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $165,000
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent, ensuring a robust and inclusive candidate pool for current and future hiring needs
Partner with GTM and Business leaders to define role scope, hiring strategy, and talent priorities.
Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and close.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while representing MarqVision’s culture and mission.
Track pipeline health, hiring progress, and market insights to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.
