Assist with User Helpdesk by handing access requests, bug reports and communicate with developer leads when feature requests are received.
Facilitate release End user testing.
Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement.
