Seeking a Wage and Hour Investigator!

Must have experience with and/or knowledge of employment labor laws

Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience as an investigator or case manager (preferred).

Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.

Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking ability.

Meticulously manage assigned case load, quicky and efficiently conducting thorough research, creating roles and drafting letters.

Identify cases where consultation with case staff is needed prior to sending opening letters and expertly manage the backlog of cases requiring more information or attorney approval.

Maintain high productivity without sacrificing quality.

Order investigations with outside firms as needed.

Effectively communicate with the Employment Law Investigations team, investigation firms, case staff and attorneys, and other members of the firm regarding your assigned cases.
