Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a related field
Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Office suite
5-10 years of experience procurement/purchasing or financial analysis experience in medical (preferred), retail, grocery, restaurant, or similar
Experience with ERP/MRP systems highly preferred
Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial, proactive, and innovative mindset
Ability to maintain ethical and professional relations with suppliers

Responsibilities
Analyzes data from various sources including purchasing, financial, and patient appointment systems to identify potential savings opportunities
Develops and tracks metrics including savings, spend per surgery, and spend per line of business
Builds tools to control spend throughout the organization, highlight problem areas, and illustrate savings delivered
Works with Supply Chain Managers to conduct strategic sourcing events to drive cost optimization and business process improvement
Analyzes and evaluates supplier proposals, should-cost models, total cost of ownership, and total cost of change
