Requirements

The Project Manager must possess at a minimum five (5) years of recent (within the past seven (7) years) experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for a facility or facility campus of at least 1 million square feet.

A mechanical background and experience as a Chief Engineer

Demonstrated working technical expertise in engineering and building infrastructure systems.

Demonstrated ability and experience managing and coordinating emergency events involving a multitude of parties including tenants, law enforcement and other officials, and several agencies and organizations.

Demonstrated experience managing building reconstitution efforts after building closure due to damage or an emergency event.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager shall provide supervision of all CMI on-site staff and will manage the overall coordination of services and performance at CMI’s 24/7 customer site in Culpeper, VA.

Responsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures, identifying inadequate performance, and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures, and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthly

Oversee the operations, staffing and performance, ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality, cost effective and timely manner

Overall supervision of contractor personnel and subcontractors;

Communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization; quality control; and customer satisfaction.

Ensure any required corrective action complies with contract performance
