Responsibilities

The Expediter is responsible for coordinating the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining room, ensuring dishes are prepared correctly, timed appropriately, and delivered to the correct table.

This position acts as the bridge between the kitchen and servers to guarantee a successful service.

This position reports to the Chef de Cuisine.
