Requirements
7 to 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare systems, clinical informatics, healthcare technology, analytics, business intelligence, operational excellence, or related functions.
Experience overseeing Electronic Health Record systems required.
Experience leading enterprise analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and performance management initiatives required.
Experience leading large-scale technology implementations and organizational change initiatives required.
Experience within behavioral health, community-based services, managed care, healthcare, FQHC, or human services environments strongly preferred.
Experience supporting CalAIM, Medi-Cal, Specialty Mental Health Services, Enhanced Care Management, Community Supports, or similar healthcare programs strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
$117,693.00 - $143,847.00
In accordance with California law, the expected pay range for this position is included in this posting. The actual compensation will be determined based on factors permitted by law. New hires will be offered a salary at the starting point of the range to maintain internal inequity and allow opportunity for future salary growth. CII salaries are determined based on comprehensive internal and external market analysis, as well as the skills, education, and experience relevant to each position.
