Compensation & Benefits
This position comes with a base salary range of
$110,000 - $130,000
plus a competitive performance bonus, RRSP contribution and participation in our profit-sharing program. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, Operations, the Senior Change Manager is a strategic individual contributor who leads change for complex, cross-functional initiatives across Nicola Wealth.

In parallel, the role will build and continuously improve Nicola Wealth’s change management framework, templates, and standards to enable consistent, scalable delivery across the portfolio.
Lead the end-to-end change strategy and delivery for high-impact initiatives, partnering with project/program leaders to integrate change activities into project plans and governance.
Lead and drive execution of core change deliverables, including change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, engagement plans, communications plans and materials, training needs assessments, and sustainment/reinforcement plans.
