Requirements
Post-secondary education in Digital Strategy, UX Design, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Digital Communications, Web Content Strategy, or Website Redevelopment projects, preferably in a complex or health care environment.
Strong understanding of Web Content Strategy, User Experience (UX), and Information Architecture principles.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management, and Web Accessibility Standards (e.g., AODA).
Experience using Google Analytics or other web analytics tools to inform content decisions and user experience improvements.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
