Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations

Experience building operating infrastructure in complex, matrixed organizations.

7-10 years in health plan operations, level-funded, stop-loss, MGU, or adjacent risk-based environments.

Experience managing TPA and/or carrier operational relationships.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations to build and run the operating system that powers disciplined execution, strong partner performance, and scalable growth for the new solutions.

This individual will serve as the internal integrator for a new Pareto product — translating strategy into cross-functional execution across underwriting, partner management, onboarding, client management, renewals, and governance.
