Serve members and internal customers by answering questions and assisting in the titling process to ensure quality service across multiple channels.

Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), car dealerships, insurance companies, and branch personnel..

Provides quality service to credit union members to assist with the titling process to enhance their financial relationship with Mountain America.

Adheres to call handling and quality review procedures.

Assists loan officers in perfecting titles on all auto, boat, and RV loans to ensure that Mountain America has secured the collateral.
