Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

The Associate Manager, Toy Marketing will support delivering product and brand strategies that drive portfolio growth. Working alongside the Sr Manager, Toy Marketing and working closely with colleagues across the company, this person will primarily focus on product development, business strategy, and marketing asset creation.

What Your Impact Will Be:

Work in collaboration with the Sr Marketing Manager to manage the product portfolio, developing business strategies, objectives and insights and managing the P&L.

Work closely with cross-functional partners (Design, Packaging, Product Development, etc.) to help develop the product line, focusing on proper Mix Management techniques throughout the portfolio, and ensuring alignment at all key milestones.

Own the day-to-day management of the product segment and act as point of contact for brand inquiries and dissemination of brand information.
