Building Operator

At minimum completion of high school or recognized equivalent

A Certificate or Diploma in Building Operations, or a 3rd or 4th Class Stationary Engineer Certificate (TSSA), or a recognized licensed trade certification (HVAC, Plumbing, Millwright, Electrician).

If licensed trade, possession of the provincial Certificate of Qualifications (COQ)

Minimum 2 years practical hands on experience in facilities operation and equipment / machinery maintenance

Computer literate

Ability to perform duties in a professional and courteous manner and produce high quality work while meeting deadlines in accordance to UHN standards
