Cardiologist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Active, unrestricted license in state of practice

• 2+ years of cardiology or advanced chronic disease management experience

• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills

• Confident independent operator

• Excellent communication and referral relationship management skills

• Structured onboarding with clinical support

• Growth within a specialty-focused, expanding organization

• Oversee and adjust anticoagulation therapy, including Coumadin

• Maintain clear communication with community stakeholders

• Deliver evidence-based, outcomes-focused care
