Technical Program Manager – Supply Chain (Kusto and SQL)

Demonstrated experience delivering operational and performance insights that drive leadership decisions

Strong capability designing data models and reporting layers across multiple systems and tools

Proven ability to define KPIs, analyze trends, and translate findings into leadership-ready narratives

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and data storytelling skills

MS-SQL, Kusto, and Power BI

Advanced Excel or Python for data analysis

Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is

$40.87 to $43.75 USD/Hourly

The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.

Business Insights & Executive Reporting

Own end-to-end operational and KPI reporting, including metric definition, instrumentation, refresh cadence, and executive narratives

Develop and maintain metrics reflecting supply, demand, and operational performance across workstreams

Produce recurring reporting packages (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) with clear storylines, insights, and decision points

Perform data analysis to support leadership decisions, including trend analysis, drivers, risks, and scenario comparisons

Establish and maintain standardized metric definitions to ensure consistency, trust, and alignment across reporting
