Requirements
The Driver Management/Planner/CSR experience may be substituted with a minimum of two (2) years of Swift Driver experience in conjunction with a minimum of two (2) years of prior management experience.

Responsibilities
To administer the direction and control of all personnel, assets and customers assigned to the on-site full service facility reporting to the Vice President Refrigerated Services.
Lead and motivate direct reports to improve performance and build position depth.
Conduct frequent evaluation of direct reports and provide coaching initiatives to assist in professional development opportunities.
Evaluate Driver satisfaction, retention and turnover; provide necessary tools to effectively perform position responsibilities to assist in increasing Driver retention and reducing overall turnover.
Monitor the productivity of the fleet, including miles and revenue; ensure proper utilization of equipment to meet overall productivity goals as well as organization objectives.
Interact with DC Management Staff to ensure store service needs are being met on a daily basis and collaborate with Shop department personnel to ensure the organization's needs are met regarding equipment availability.
