Requirements
Must be able to achieve 80% in the Functional Independent Measure (FIM) certification exam within the probationary period or within the trial period and on recertification exams if applying to work on any of the following rehabilitation units: 3C (Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation), 3D POD 1 (Amputee Rehabilitation), 2C (Neurological Rehabilitation), 1D (TB Rehabilitation) and 5D (Respiratory Rehabilitation)
Diploma in Nursing
Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from an approved nursing program preferred
Member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Ability to perform the essential clinical duties of the job
Ability leading others, including the effective management of challenging interpersonal situations
