Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $190,000 to $220,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Responsibilities

iCapital is seeking a Corporate Governance Attorney to join the Legal team.

The ideal candidate will support and enhance iCapital's Global Corporate Governance program and provide legal guidance on a broad range of corporate governance matters affecting domestic and international subsidiaries.

This individual will work closely with senior members of the Legal team to ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, governance requirements, and regulatory obligations while supporting strategic corporate initiatives.

Advise on corporate governance matters impacting U.S.

entities, including applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with registered agents and external service providers to obtain good standing certificates, certified filings, and other corporate records.
