Application Instructions:

1-3 years of experience in cost estimation or related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and any Estimation tool

Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading.

Knowledge of CSI MasterFormat or similar estimation standards.

Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects.

Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications.

Utilize digitalized estimation software for material take-offs.

Clarify project scope and expectations through client interactions.

Collaborate with US-based clients and procurement teams to ensure project standards and competitive pricing.

Maintain professional client relationships to support ongoing satisfaction and business growth.
