As a member of Everpure’s Global Talent Acquisition team, the Senior Talent Sourcer plays a pivotal role in scaling our Global Sales Organization (GSO).

You won't just be filling seats; you will be architecting forward-looking pipelines for Sales Talent that directly fuel Everpure’s sales long-term growth.

Proactively source and engage candidates for GSO roles across the AMER region, with a strong focus on building and maintaining top-of-funnel pipelines.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of traditional and non-traditional channels, including professional networks, alumni groups, diversity-focused organizations, events, referrals, and social platforms.

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, sourcing priorities, and pipeline health.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Greenhouse and other recruiting tools to support reporting and sourcing effectiveness.
