This role is designed for a seasoned leasing professional who can step in and support multiple communities facing staffing gaps, leasing challenges, or performance needs.

\u2022 Lead leasing efforts, including tours, follow-up, and closing

\u2022 Help improve occupancy and traffic conversion at underperforming assets

\u2022 Support and guide onsite leasing teams with best practices and closing techniques

\u2022 Deliver a high level of customer service and create a strong prospect experience

\u2022 Assist with outreach marketing and traffic generation as needed
