Requirements
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, Medicare, insurance, consulting, account management, client services, or related disciplines.
7+ years leading leaders and large, geographically dispersed teams and ability to develop high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success managing strategic client relationships, retention, and growth within a complex, matrixed organization.
Experience overseeing large-scale portfolios with significant revenue responsibility and executive C-suite level client accountability.
Experience leveraging data, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and customer insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
Knowledge of applicable industry regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$165,100 - $225,100 per year
This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.

Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Retention
Own retention, renewals, negotiations, and growth across all Group Medicare accounts.
Build executive-level relationships with key clients and proactively manage client risk and value creation.
Drive client and member satisfaction, including ownership of Client and Member NPS.
Account Management Leadership
Lead the Account Management organization, including Directors, Account Executives, and Consumer Engagement Professionals.
