Responsibilities
This role will be based in Atlanta, Bellevue, Chicago, Carpinteria, Detroit, New York City, Omaha, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.
Working closely with HRBPs and cross-functional partners, this role translates business strategy into impactful learning solutions that build critical skills and strengthen organizational health.
Develop and maintain deep understanding of the GBO business and competitive landscape.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with HRBPs and senior leadership to understand business priorities, assess related talent development needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Identify and communicate relevant data and insights to influence and advise key stakeholders and partners to inform strategic decision-making.
Gather and analyze data to develop solutions to gaps in program success criteria, contribute to program strategy development, and establish goals and metrics to measure performance.
