Technical Services Manager – Pet Health

Deep understanding of disease diagnosis and pet nutrition with strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong understanding of commercial business models.

Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.

As the Technical Service Manager for Pet Health, you will be responsible for achieving technical service goals in alignment with Sales and Marketing functions.

Working closely with Regional and Global teams, you will deliver technical expertise and Elanco Knowledge Solutions (EKS) to advance our pet health portfolio.

Deliver technical tools and Elanco Knowledge Solutions (EKS) to customers to drive product value and disease management awareness.

Provide technical training, seminars, and clinical updates to both internal Elanco teams and external customers.

Conduct marketing studies and support product experience trials while managing Adverse Event reporting as assigned.

Map and maintain relationships with key thought leaders at universities, research institutes, and government associations to ensure Elanco’s scientific credibility.
