Responsibilities
Serve as the primary manufacturing development engineering owner for one or more critical factory modules, subsystems, and/ processes
Develop deep technical understanding of assigned systems, including architecture, operating modes, controls, interfaces, failure modes, and interactions
Own the manufacturing readiness of complex machine systems from development through build, commissioning, validation, qualification, and production handoff
Lead the development and continuous improvement of clear, accurate, executable work instructions, standard operating procedures, test procedures, and process documentation
Lead complex troubleshooting, RCCA, and corrective action implementation to improve machine reliability, uptime, quality, and repeatability
Partner with design engineering, automation, software, operations, quality, supply chain, and R&D to improve manufacturability and execution
