Mill Machinist

Experience: Previous experience operating CNC machines and other metalworking equipment is highly desirable.

Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and precision measurement tools is advantageous.

Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machinery to fabricate metal parts or products.

Set-Up: Set up machines according to job specifications, including selecting the appropriate tools, loading materials, and adjusting machine settings.

Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain accuracy and precision.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Report any safety hazards or concerns to management immediately.
