Technical Writer

2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer supporting software products, APIs, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS.

Comfortable reading technical documentation, APIs, JSON, and working closely with engineers to understand how products work.

Experience using modern documentation platforms such as Markdown, Git, GitHub, CMS platforms, Notion, Confluence, or similar tools.

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced, and creative Technical Writer to join our growing Engineering team in the US! As a spokesperson for Topsort’s products, you’ll turn complex concepts into engaging, visually appealing narratives.

Craft Engaging Documentation – Develop, refine, and maintain user guides, API documentation, and onboarding materials that make complex ideas easy to grasp.

Turn complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and intuitive documentation for developers, customers, and internal teams.

Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to deeply understand new features and translate them into high-quality documentation.

Build and maintain documentation that evolves alongside the product, ensuring accuracy as features and APIs change.
