Write SQL, read APIs, interpret architecture diagrams, and critically direct AI coding tools like Claude Code.

Daily hands-on with Claude Chat, Cowork, Code (or equivalents); able to set AI delivery standards for a team.

Proven track record of cross-functional change that materially altered how teams work — measurable impact, not just delivered projects.

Technical foundation:

across multiple business domains and drive firm-level impact.

for requirements, prioritization, and build-vs-buy decisions.

with Engineering Architects and Developers from design through production.

Drive transformation:

Act as change agent across teams and departments; land measurable business impact and lift internal NPS / stakeholder satisfaction by 20+ points.
