Skilled in use of DOORs, Cameo or other requirements management systems

Responsibilities
A Senior Systems Engineer leads projects related to creating system architecture, develops and defines system and product requirements, defines methods for verifying compliance to requirements, creates new solutions for the systems, and helps systems work more effectively.
Their overall purpose is to ensure the product or system runs as efficiently as possible and works consistently to meet the needs of the company.
Provide expertise, oversight, and participation in activities involving weapon systems and associated hardware/software development, integration, test, configuration management, and acquisition and resource management for new capabilities to an existing weapon system.
Develops and documents system and subsystem level specified and derived requirements and allocates requirements through the appropriate work breakdown structure (WBS) as codified in a System Requirements Review (SRR) process
Lead requirements identification, verification, validation, and testing process
Lead program technical interchange meetings, program management reviews, executive management reviews, test-related meetings, lab and flight test events, integrated product team meetings, software/hardware design reviews, platform integration meetings, etc.
