Requirements

5+ years of successful medical sales experience, preferably within GYN Oncology, GYN Surgical Oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine.

Strong understanding of the academic and community oncology landscape, including molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, and reimbursement.

Experience calling on GYN Oncologists, GYN ONC Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, or other GYN oncology stakeholders preferred.

Ability to communicate complex clinical and scientific information to physicians, multidisciplinary care teams, and executive stakeholders.

Ability to build trusted relationships and influence physicians, key opinion leaders, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute territory growth strategies.

The total on-target earnings (OTE) package includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly commissions, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Responsibilities

Develop expertise in Natera's oncology portfolio, clinical data, reimbursement landscape, competitive positioning, and internal processes.

Identify and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic medical centers, hospital systems, and community oncology practices to drive adoption of Natera's oncology portfolio.

Engage GYN oncologists and other healthcare professionals through consultative, clinical discussions that support the adoption of Natera's oncology diagnostics.

Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify growth opportunities and influence key clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Achieve sales objectives and drive growth within the assigned territory.

Maintain accurate territory activity, customer insights, and sales forecasts while identifying risks and new business opportunities.
