Responsibilities
The Controls Technician provides after‑hours technical support to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. This role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical and industrial control systems—particularly PLC‑controlled equipment—during night‑shift operations. Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical issues (480VAC/120VAC/24VDC), resolving problems with PLCs, drives, sensors, and control panels, and using Studio 5000 for basic logic and fault analysis.
