Responsibilities

Lead hospice care delivery with clinical excellence, compassion, and a deep commitment to supporting patients and families during life’s final journey.

As a Hospice Clinical Manager, you’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing end-of-life care, ensuring every patient receives coordinated, high-quality support that honors dignity, comfort, and individual needs.

This role is ideal for an experienced RN who blends strong clinical judgment with leadership capability and a passion for hospice philosophy.

You’ll guide and develop an interdisciplinary team—including nurses, social workers, spiritual care, and other supportive services—while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and operational excellence are consistently met.

Partnering closely with field staff, physicians, and organizational leadership, you’ll shape care delivery, support staff development, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of hospice services.

Your leadership will directly influence both patient experience and team culture, ensuring compassionate care remains at the center of every decision.
