Compensation & Benefits
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, science or engineering
Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in project management or in a similar role in mining projects
Autonomy, excellent team spirit, advanced communicational and interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder and technical environments
Sound professional judgment, initiative, and ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a fast paced, deadline oriented and dynamic environment
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, and to successfully and collaboratively work within a team environment across disciplines as well as work independently

Develop and implement cost control processes, analyze trends, define action plans, and produce monthly progress reports
Prepare earned value analyses, present performance indicators (SPI, CPI), and communicate risks and corrective measures to the team and the client
