Engineering Manager, Merchant, AI/ML

7+ years of industry experience in machine learning and AI engineering, including 2+ years of leadership experience managing applied scientists and ML engineers.

A proven track record of building and deploying AI/ML systems at scale, with shipped AI-powered products that have reached millions of users.

Broad knowledge of machine learning and technical depth in one or more areas: computer vision, natural language processing, generative models, or large-scale agent systems.

Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

A demonstrated ability to define clear roadmaps and execution plans to deliver team success.

A passion for building teams, mentoring talent, and cultivating an inclusive, high-impact culture.

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role — you’ll collaborate with product, design, operations, and data science teams to define the AI roadmap, guide technical direction, and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions at massive scale.
