Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

We're looking for a talented engineer to join the team that builds the consumer web app — the interfaces, interactions, and moments that turn Claude from a capable model into a product people genuinely enjoy using.

This is a product engineering role first and foremost.

You'll work closely with designers and product managers to bring features from concept to shipped experience, obsessing over the details that make the difference: how something feels when you first land on it, how smoothly a new interaction flows, how an interface holds up under real-world use.

Great UX isn't just about how something looks — it's about how fast it feels, how reliably it works, and how well it adapts to the device and context someone is using it on.

You won't need to be building backend infrastructure or platform tooling — your focus is on crafting the best possible experience for the people using Claude.ai on the web.
