Responsibilities

The Digital Business Partner owns the global value narrative for executive leaders across the data and digital portfolio, clarifying the why, defining measurable outcomes, and reporting progress and value realized.

This role translates strategy into an outcomes-based portfolio and prioritized roadmap that balances run/operate, regulatory commitments, technical debt, and innovation.

Leveraging PAH domain knowledge and AI/LLM and emerging technologies, the role identifies and matures high-impact opportunities from concept to scalable capability.

The Lead ensures solutions scale as reusable platforms and build-once patterns, avoiding one-off point solutions and duplication.

The role champions end-user adoption through change readiness, training/support alignment, and sustained usage to achieve intended outcomes.

Through matrix leadership of globally distributed technologists and direct development of Business Partner talent, the role drives execution discipline, removes blockers, and delivers executive-ready communication on tradeoffs and risk.
