Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales or business development within a B2B context, preferably in SaaS and/or industrial sales.
4+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong emphasis on team coaching and development.
Proficiency in tracking, forecasting sales pipeline, and revenue growth.
A strong drive to succeed and a passion for sales excellence and best practices.
Experience with marketing and sales automation software.

Responsibilities
AssetWatch is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced
Senior Business Development Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business development team within the sales department.
The essence of this role is to ensure that our team not only meets but exceeds AssetWatch's growth and market expansion objectives through effective leadership, strategy, and especially through intensive coaching.
Your key responsibility will be to provide comprehensive coaching on all facets of the sales process, from calls, emails, to crafting effective talk tracks.
Develop and implement best practice operating strategies for the business development team, encompassing hiring, onboarding, training, and management of BDRs.
