Requirements
Drive AI integration into eligibility and engagement workflows — automating validation, improving accuracy, and enabling intelligent outreach
Use data and insights — product analytics, operational signals, business needs — to inform prioritization and measure impact
Ensure sensitive member data is handled with the highest standards of privacy, security, and compliance throughout every integration and workflow
3+ years of Product Management experience, with hands-on ownership of technical products involving data integrations, eligibility, or health data — healthcare experience strongly preferred
Direct experience with eligibility data feeds, file formats, enrollment workflows, or payer/employer data exchanges
Comfort working with technical integration challenges — APIs, data pipelines, file ingestion, cross-system reconciliation — and communicating clearly with engineering and operations partners
